Hearings

 Should your case be one that can not be resolved at the adjudication level, we will then proceed to appeals, collecting evidence from medical sources to assist you in the preparation and presentation of your case.

Tribunals

 If it is required, we will proceed to the final decision process with the WSIB. The WSIAT or the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. At this final stage, there is a Vice Chair or Panel, who will make the final decision. We at CIW Consultants will be there, for you our client. Remember, you are not alone!
